our tri-level condo has two decks: one large deck overlooking beach and a second deck off the master bedroom Both have the same breathtaking view of Pismo Beach and make it possible for the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully updated. There is new flooring throughout the entire condo. The pool, spa and club house are literally only steps away.

the condo is fully furnished and stocked with towels, linens, beach chairs and more We also provide necessities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We have also provided a brand new washer and dryer that is available for your use. there is also a level2 ev charger in the garage!

the condo's complex is steps from downtown pismo it's a short walk to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping!
getting around:
all guests are allowed 2 vehicles One can park in the garage, the 2nd in a parking spot in the complex.
